Improve your digital asset management with our newest features

We're thrilled to introduce two powerful new features that will transform your asset management experience: Assets and Collections. These tools are designed to streamline your workflow, enhance collaboration, and give you unprecedented control over your digital content.

Assets: Your Comprehensive Digital Hub

Assets is the centralized powerhouse for all your digital content. It's more than just storage - it's an intelligent system that understands your content and how you use it.

Key Features of Assets:

  1. Centralized Content Management: House all your digital files - from images and videos to documents and more - in one secure, easily accessible location.
  2. AI-Powered Tagging: Leverage advanced AI technology to automatically categorize and find content with ease.
  3. Custom Tagging and Descriptions: Add your own tags and enhance assets with context, details like SKU, or any relevant metadata to suit your specific needs.
  4. Advanced Filtering:
    • Multi-Criteria Filtering: Quickly locate specific assets by filtering by asset type, brand, date, and more.
    • Stackable Filters: Combine multiple filters for highly specific searches.
  5. Enhanced Searchability: With both AI-powered and custom tagging options, finding the right asset becomes effortless.

Collections: Curate, Collaborate, and Share with Ease

Collections take asset management to the next level, allowing you to group assets for specific purposes, projects, or teams. This feature makes asset organization and sharing more intuitive and efficient than ever.

Key Features of Collections:

  1. Asset Grouping: Easily create themed or project-specific sets of assets from your library.
  2. Privacy Controls: Choose whether each collection is visible to your entire team or kept private.
  3. Easy Sharing and Collaboration: Generate shareable links with customizable permissions (view-only or download).

How to Create a New Collection:

  1. Open Assets.
  2. Use the search or filter selection to identify the assets you'd like to add to a collection.
  3. Select assets and click "Add to Collection" from the toolbar.
  4. Click the + icon to create a new collection.
  5. Give your collection a title and indicate whether it should be public (visible to any colleagues who can log into the platform) or private (visible just to you).
  6. You can add or remove additional assets from this collection at any time.

How to Share a Collection:

  1. Click on the share icon at the top right of the screen.
  2. Select whether you'd like to make it view-only or downloadable.
  3. Generate the link and share it with the recipient.

With Assets and Collections, we're putting the power of advanced asset management in your hands. These features are designed to save you time, improve collaboration, and give you the flexibility to work with your digital content in ways that best suit your needs. We can't wait for you to experience the difference these tools will make in your daily workflow.
