Responsibilities
- Leading new business development and expanding our client portfolio across North America, focusing on large multinational organisations
- Building trusted partnerships with senior brand, marketing, and media leaders, serving as a strategic advisor and growth catalyst
- Driving revenue growth by proactively identifying client opportunities where our Creator Production model can deliver measurable business outcomes
- Developing and executing client strategies that directly contribute to revenue targets and enhance brand performance on a global scale
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, creative strategy, production, and creative services, to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
- Owning and achieving an annual revenue target of USD $2 million or more, focusing on both new client acquisition and client growth with ACV of USD $100k+

About You
You’re a commercially driven leader with hands-on experience in growth and consulting roles within major agencies or consulting firms, with a strong focus on working with large multinational organisations. You’re not just a relationship builder, you’re a proactive deal-maker who knows how to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and close deals that drive revenue and business outcomes for global brands.
- 10+ years of experience in growth-focused roles within top-tier agency networks or consulting firms, working directly with large multinational organisations
- A proven ability to manage and grow relationships with global brands such as Nestle, P&G, Unilever, or similar large-scale enterprises
- A deep understanding of media and creative strategy, particularly within the context of social and digital marketing
- Expertise in navigating complex global brand structures and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across regions and functions
- A proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of multinational clients
- Strong consultative skills, with the ability to develop tailored solutions that align with clients’ strategic goals and deliver measurable business results
- Hands-on experience developing and closing deals, with the ability to actively move opportunities through the pipeline
- Comfort managing an annual revenue target of US$2 million or more, with a strong focus on business development and client growth
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset capable of working seamlessly across global teams and time zones
Bonus Points For
- You have Martech / Adtech SaaS experience and success selling new logos consistently
- Consulting experience will be highly regarded. You are able to diagnose underlying issues, advise on possible solutions and develop implementation plans for customers who likely are new to creator production and will require support and complex change management to successfully utilise our solution
